Department of Mass Communications & Journalism Studies

In the Department of Mass Communications and Journalism Studies, you can explore the wide variety of ways in which messages are communicated throughout society. Like previous Mass Communications graduates, you will be prepared for successful careers in public relations and advertising, film/video production, telecommunications and academic research in contexts as broad as business, government, education and non-profit organizations.

As a Mass Communications graduate student, you will also have access to our Internship Program, a unique extension of the classroom that allows you to gain experience and make connections that can benefit you after graduation.
